About

Tabletop Junkie is a community-driven, peer-to-peer marketplace for people who buy, sell, and trade board games and accessories. It’s a neutral space: we don’t handle payments or shipping. Instead, you deal directly with other members and arrange things in whatever way works best for you.

The site is built specifically for board gamers, not adapted from a generic marketplace. Sellers can list individual games or entire collections quickly, and buyers can browse, filter, search, and compare listings in ways that make sense for this hobby.

Features are designed with hobbyists in mind: wishlists with instant email notifications, BGG wishlist imports, game exploration by genre/mechanic/theme, a deals calculator that automatically orders listings by savings, a “Most Wanted” list highlighting in-demand games, personal watchlists, a messaging board, and more. Like a well designed game, it aims to offer depth without its systems getting in your way.

This is an ever-evolving passion project built by one guy — me, Joe (hi). When speaking as the site here or on social media, I often say “we” because it makes the site sound really important. But just so we’re clear: IT'S ALL A LIE — there’s only me here. That said, using “I” for a business just sounds weird. Imagine if BoardGameGeek had a page titled “Advertise with me” instead of “Advertise with us” — it just sounds naff.. With that confession out of the way, I’ve poured a lot of time and care into this, and I’ll keep doing so. I hope it’ll one day be as useful and essential to the hobby as I’ve convinced myself it already is in my head.
