The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey – Journey to the Lonely Mountain Strategy Game

One of the many games which came out at the time of The Hobbit film. This one is meatier than most and by an established designer and makes use of 5 pre-painted HeroClix based figures. The board shows a very abstracted layout of the journey from The Shire to The Lonely Mountain, and each player takes on the role of Bilbo / Gollum / The Goblin King / Azog, and tries to ensure that good / evil prevails while also trying to fulfil their personal goals for a solo win. Players choose between actions each turn: Advance, Reinforce, Battle, Rest or Regroup. Last remaining copy is unpunched/unplayed. UK postage flat fee £4 for 1st game, £7 for 2 games or more. All games shipped UK Royal Mail tracked 48. Non UK postage by request. No postage cost if picking up at one of my open days. (www.madhatterboardgames.co.uk for more info.)
