Steve Jackson English edition, first printing. Players try to dominate a town using force, blackmail and money. Play involves bidding for control of various locations using these 'currencies' in order to gain support. As the game goes on the allegiances of the various locations are decided and when everything is settled the most powerful faction leader wins.
