Victory at Waterloo

Napoleon vs Wellington 18th June 1815. Introductory level wargame which uses 100 counters and has just 3 pages of rules and 1 page of optional rules. The units include infantry, cavalry and artillery. The onus is on the French player to army before the Prussians can significantly affect the outcome.
