English first edition Relive the history of the Jewish 'Promised Land'. The game starts as the Hebrew tribes cross the Jordan and then through the centuries build a powerful nation amongst many heathen tribes. However, the great empires of Egypt, Assyria and Babylon will cause major problems, and the game ends with the exile to Babylon. Players play as individuals, but allied either to the Jews or the heathens. The players can make use of the various tribes allied to their side, but need to concentrate on ensuring success for their own patriarchs who are farmers, merchants and priests.
