Set in ancient Greece, the players each run a powerful and competing city state. The objective is to increase in population, obtain resources, build useful and impressive buildings and honour the gods. Sometimes there will also be inter-city conflict as well. The game uses worker placement and resource gathering mechanics with some neat twists - the active player selects an action and performs the full version of it, but other players can send a worker to do a lesser version, or hold out for other actions later in the round. The buildings either provide in-game effects or VPs at the end of the game. Plenty of different development paths. UK postage flat fee £4 for 1st game, £7 for 2 games or more.
