Dutch first edition. The title means 'The Untameable City', and players develop the city by paying for and then playing building cards onto the board. These will then give their owner income at the beginning of every player's turn if that building type is indicated. It is also important to expand areas and ensure that your territories don't get isolated by other players' expansion. Action cards can also be bought and these give a variety of benefits, allowing you to get out of a difficult situation or hinder a player who is doing a bit too well.
