Players try to become both tycoons and politicians, gaining political power and money. The players buy and sell businesses (real companies are represented), invest in insurance, buy bonds and make takeovers. High inflation and commercial failure can cause problems though, and taxes have to be paid. As politicians the players try to get elected to government and ultimately become Prime Minister, who can affect the financial position of all players.
