Each player runs a protection racket, and tries to extort money from the local pizzerias, restaurants, bars, etc. The game is played in two phases - Phase 1 where players use the tiles to 'build' the town to their advantage, and Phase 2, where players move their mobster from place to place, collecting their payments. Essentially a race game, in which players try to set the course so it will be quick for themselves and slow for their opponents. Lots of tactical decisions, great bits and an interesting theme.
